• Hardware Defects: We warrant that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15 years from the date of original installation.

• Capacity Retention: We guarantee that the system will retain at least 70% of its original usable energy capacity by the end of the 15-year warranty period, subject to standard usage guidelines.

   

• Scalability Integration: We warrant that the core system architecture will remain compatible with our official expansion modules for at least 10 years, ensuring your system can grow with your needs.

Conditions for Coverage

To maintain the validity of your 15-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:

1. Professional Installation: The system must be installed by a certified technician in accordance with the provided installation manual.

2. Environment: The unit must be operated within the specified temperature range (e.g., -10°C to 45°C) and protected from extreme environmental exposure.

3. Connectivity: For the full 15-year term, the system should remain connected to our monitoring network to allow for remote diagnostics and firmware updates.
